Product Warranty Policy

Certain products are not eligible for warranty, including:

• Products damaged during customers’ installation and usage.

• Products tampered, repaired, torn, or missing warranty seals.

• Customers who fail to provide necessary information on the warranty certificate.

• Customers intentionally altering or copying the warranty document without the company’s approval.

Products eligible for warranty are those with defects caused by manufacturing errors. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt, not exceeding 27 months from the manufacturing date. Return Policy

Customers must inspect the order and can exchange/return the products immediately upon delivery in the following cases:

• Incorrect product type in the order or as on the website during delivery.

• External damage, such as crushed casing, or products not in original condition.

Products eligible for return: Unused items with intact warranty seals, not exceeding 2 months from the date of receipt. The company processes returns within 7-14 working days upon receiving the customer's return request. The company will either exchange for a similar product or refund the purchase amount directly at the company or via bank transfer based on customer-provided information.
